Can you see how the wounds and beliefs you learned may block or create negativity in the connection between you and your twin?
You can continue with some trigger work around the wounds you discovered or you can move to the forgiveness portion of the exercise.  Know that it is difficult to forgive when hanging onto things that create judgment and expectations.
Ask your heart and soul which path is the one you need right now, let your mind and your protective ego have a rest.
