1. Write down all the ways this person or people made you feel hurt
(this allows you to validate your feelings, expressing them does not create bad karma, it actually helps you release them)
2. Write down 3 good things you know about them
(if you don't know 3, write as much as you do)
3. Write down 1 good experience you had with them
(if you don't have any, did you witness any or hear of any from someone else)
4. Write down 1 thing you have in common with them
(this allows you to seek equality and common ground with them)
When you feel you're ready go to the next step to complete the forgiveness vocation:
