Energy Forecast: June 25 to 30

This is not a doom and gloom post, it's about awareness - I felt like oh god, not more crap to deal with - but truly we don't need guidance on how to handle the good shit so here we are lol I feel like this isn't an all or nothing thing - some of you may experience it more than others, some might now experience it at all - but you might witness it in others and knowing helps.


And that in all this rainy weather there will always be a rainbow at some point, signaling the end of the storm. Ironically - on a bigger platform or concept - this energy is a prelude - the calm before the storm - or breakthrough we have all been waiting for.


Dealing with Stress

an externally provoking experience

In our external interactions during this time, we may see a lot of people stressed out this week, or you may be stressed out by people. Taking the time to breathe and shift your focus will be pivotal to moving through these energies.


Fear has a way of inducing stress into any given situation so being mindful of the fears coming up and as an extension of that, what opinions you are forming based on fear.


None of these articles are based on showing you how to control anything, especially an outcome, but if I can share some things that will help you regulate while you're experiencing these things, then I've done my job. You, see, we are moving out of the need to control out of fear. That if we stress and worry enough that the bad thing (whatever that thing may be) won't happen. But, a solution will always present itself when it needs to.


Don't get me wrong, my conditioning, wounding, programming, life experiences, make it hard for me to trust that too. Just last Friday night I had yet another meltdown about how I've been abandoned by spirit because no matter what I do or don't do, I'm struggling to financially makes ends meet. I'm being guided to go about things in a different way but lack of reception makes it hard. The external part of this for me is that I feel pressured by the ticking time bomb of my bills and the fear of disappointing people or the fear that people will think I'm a loser and irresponsible. I'm stressed out by my opinion of the worse case scenario (which is both innocent and very normal for people with trauma) - and while I don't believe trauma is not the center of anyone's life, its important to recognize it and the reactive patterns it creates.


The reason I bring this up is because it made it hard for me to breathe. To know that there is nothing I can do to fix where I am at and being at the complete mercy of the Universe and hoping it shows up - is terrifying. Especially to someone who didn't always have that growing up - the little kid in me is not ok with any of this. And not only do I not blame her but all I can do is love her through it.


And while breathwork is not my strong suit - it was the only thing I could do to regulate my body. That, and being able to speak to my beautiful friend Colleen (who is so gifted in conversational therapy). So the point of this story is to know that finding a way to regulate your body, your mind, your emotions (without trying to control or fix) will be super helpful. It may not instantly bring the solution you're looking for, but it will help you feel better in the moment.


Ways to deal with any stress this week (and honestly probably any time):

  • breathwork - i love the breathe in for 4 counts, hold it for 7, breathe out for 5 method but there are all different kinds out there - maybe make it a project to research and experiment to see what works best for you

  • let yourself face your worst fears - just face them - they aren't as scary when we can see them for what they are

  • tapping to regulate and connect with your body in a way that takes your mind off of things

  • guided meditation - finding the still point by distracting your mind with magical experiences

  • talking things out and putting it all out on the table

  • do the most loving thing you can think of for yourself


 

Moving Through Your Emotional Rebirth Using Your Intuition

Our internal energetic cycle is all about emotional reactivity in regard to feel uneasy about something. Often times our intuition pings and if don't immediately know why, our brain will come up with all kinds of reasons for us to worry and panic and disrupt the flow of energy. It's also a stimulus to create an emotional release. It's all happening for us even though it doesn't always feel that way.


We are all, every single human being on this planet, going through an emotional rebirth. The emotional energy we are expending is not only catalytic but so important for our health and well-being. The issue, is that emotions are scary and we've been taught not to feel them because it means we are weak, or we have problems, or whatever.


Intergenerationally - kids were taught that they weren't allowed to cry because honestly their parents didn't have the capacity to hold space for it and really didn't know what to do with it. Your parents, your grandparents, your great grandparents - you get the picture. At this time we are breaking that cycle on a mass scale. People are worn down so much that they have to feel.


And feeling is the way through. The only way past an obstacle is through. It's uncomfortable because we've been made to feel uncomfortable about it. But the more you allow that without judgement - the easier it gets to release and recalibrate. Trust me when I say, I feel so embarrassed crying in front of people (even the most loving and kind and non-judgmental people) that I say sorry when I do. Because I feel like it's so awkward. Consciously, I know it's nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of but conditionally, subconsciously, it's a very different scenario.


So, if you take away anything at this time is to let yourself feel, and even if you react to that, be gentle with yourself. You're learning a whole new way to live and there is no manual to live by - anyone you would normally ask for advice is either still living by the old book or is figuring it out along side you. And don't get me wrong, people walking the path with you will still have good advice but you're still going to have to figure out if it's serving you or not.


Ok, so what does this have to do with intuition? Intuition is instinctual and it has no agenda. Letting the energy unfold for you until the message is clear will be so important at this time. You will want to exercise your mind but your mind is being reprogrammed so learning to trust your intuition and your innate wisdom and what you sense over what you see will be a very powerful tool.


Don't deny your emotional reaction just don't give into it and let it rule your entire experience.


 

Understanding What You Want + That Being Enough

an exercise in manifesting through alignment

Our tangible cycle or the things we can play with or put into practice is all about discerning what you want over the importance of how other's might feel about it. To anticipate something so in alignment for you that it overrides any external or subconscious interference. To know that your desire for something is enough for it to be a realistic endeavor for you regardless of what anyone may or may not think about it.


On the heavier side of this energy is recognizing that you are the only person whose going to bear 100% of the responsibility of your choices - if you have children you are responsible for, yes you need to consider them. But that's not the kind of interference I'm talking about. I'm talking about the kind that fear induces - like what will people think, who am I to want this, how can I possibly make it work? Things that are outside in, that you've been taught to worry about but really, have no business taking up real estate in your emotional wellbeing. They aren't paying rent so you might as well evict them.


On the lighter side, this is about dreaming a little dream and letting yourself feel excited about the possibility of it's inception. The practice of letting yourself feel excited for something without trying to attach a way for it to happen or a specifically manufactured outcome is key here.


This particular exercise is meant to help you focus on the feel good feeling and the desire of what you want with out any form of calculation involved. Don't worry about the how, or why, or when. Just let yourself imagine it's possible and how you'd feel to experience it.


I love this exercise because, if you're aware enough, you'll notice what you desire out of love and joy and what you desire out of fear. A desire born from fear will offer you relief in it's manifestation and a desire out of love and joy will offer you excitement. Both are perfectly acceptable and ok to desire.


So how you go about this will depend on what feels right - some of you may want to journal or write, some of you may want to meditation, some of you may want to speak it into existence. Regardless of your process there are two things to focus on - what you desire and how you feel about it happening in your life.


Alignment + Manifestation Exercise

  1. dream your dream - what do you truly desire more than anything right now?

    1. don't justify it or explain it - there is nothing to defend and no one to explain it to

    2. give yourself permission to desire it because any reason is good enough

  2. how do you feel thinking about this desire?

  3. how do you feel thinking about this desire manifesting into your life?

  4. let yourself sit in this feeling for as long as you can

    1. your mind might wander and it might want to make a plan - thank it for showing up but you're not at any kind of planning stage yet

  5. open to your soul guidance team and ask them to cocreate with you

    1. if you want to be real ballsy ask them to show you something specific as a sign to show you that they heard you

  6. wait and see what transpires


I want to preface that if your manifestation doesn't happen right away it's not because you did this wrong or you're not deserving. Sometimes timing is a thing. You've put in your request and now you just get to go about your life.
